Advanced Meditation is held on alternative Monday evenings with
Gillian Holland
The evening commences at 7.45pm until 9pm

At the moment Monday evening is closed to newcomersPlease contact Gillian or Pat Allman if you would like to join this fortnightly advanced group when numbers permit. 

For those NEW to meditation there will be Visual Meditation with music for Beginners taken by Pammi Pasotti
